On June 8, 2024, Puthuppadi Service Co-Operative Bank inaugurated its Diamond Jubilee Memorial Building at Engapuzha. This marks a significant milestone as the bank's first self-owned building, constructed on a 7-cent plot.

The bank, which started operations from rented premises since 1962, has now achieved a permanent home. The building will house the Head Office and serve as a symbol of the bank's growth from a Class IV institution to a Class One Special Grade bank.
